Grand Cayman, December 22-29, 2013.
Sunday, December 22. Flew direct from Charlotte to Grand Cayman. I snagged a window seat and spent lots of time looking out the window and even taking a few pictures. Not sure where this is, Florida somewhere? I am getting excited about sandy beaches.
Eventually we land, rent a car, head out to Kaibo Yacht Club, driving on the left side of the road. Unpacked the car and headed to Starfish Point for sunset. Here we are, on the island.
We went out to dinner at a place known to locals called Kurt's Korner. You know it's good when the ambulance driver eats there (I'm sure he wasn't parking there because of diners' likelihood of getting food poisoning). The fish was fantastic, the music was island music, the night was fine.
